CJ series jaw crusher is a new kind of jaw crusher which is widely acclaimed. It overcomes the disadvantages of high energy consumption, low failure rate and complex operation in traditional jaw crusher. At the same time, it integrates intelligence, environmental protection and automation, and adopts austenitic wear-resistant manganese steel to make jaw plate with advantages of high toughness, easy processing, high strength and good wear resistance. No cracking in operation, it can adapt to requirements of high strength and continuous operation.

CJ series jaw crusher is a new type of jaw crusher developed jointly by our company and European advanced mining machine manufacturing enterprises. It has the obvious advantages of small area, low failure rate and smooth operation, which can produce up to 1250 tons per hour, and is a good choice for crushing granite, iron ore, cobblestone, quartz, graystone, construction waste and other materials. CJ series jaw crusher uses non-welded and detachable frame, so when a component has trouble, it can be removed and repaired or replaced separately, without replacing the whole frame. And the non-welding frame can improve the smooth operation of the whole machine.

The CJ jaw crusher is designed with super large bearings, which greatly enhances the bearing capacity and reduces the failure rate of the whole machine, making the wedge type discharge adjustment device more convenient, and the integrated motor seat is also more convenient to install and improve the overall running stability. The elbow plate is made of high-strength alloy steel material, which is more wear-resistant and longer in service lifespan.
