Copper Ore Processing Plant

Equipment Configuration:

Jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, mixer, flotation machine, concentrator, rotary dryer, etc.

The Process Flow of the Copper Ore Processing Plant:

Firstly, copper ore should be primarily crushed by the jaw crusher to get the copper ore of small block.
Secondly, the crushed copper ore, mixed with water, will be sent into the ball mill to be ground and the ground one will be processed by the spiral classifier.

Then, after the copper ore pulp with required particle size has been mixed with the agent evenly inside the mixer, it can be processed by the flotation machine.

Finally, after the flotation separation, the copper ore pulp should be processed by the high-efficiency concentrator. After that, it will be dried by the rotary dryer to get the copper concentrate powder.

The Application of the Copper Ore Processing Plant:

If the copper concentrate, generating through the copper ore processing plant, has been smelted, it can be widely used in many industries, such as electric power, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and so on. It is because it has nice heat conductivity, electrical conductivity, malleability, and wear resistance.
