Some Common Knowledge of Flotation Separation Process

Our company not only can assign the reasonable flotation separation equipment, but also can design one complete flotation separation craftsmanship for our customers, and the specific procedure is in the following:

1. Crushing. The raw material will be sent to PE jaw crusher by vibrating feeder or belt conveyor, and then to PEX jaw crusher fro the coarse, medium and fine crushing process, and then the crushed materials will be sent to circular vibrating screen by belt conveyor for the classification according to the granularity. The qualified materials will be sent to the storage for the secondary processing while the in-qualified will be returned for the secondary crushing.

2. Grinding and classification. The materials in the storage will be sent to ball mill for the grinding, and then to spiral classifier for the classification and separation according to the difference of the particle.

3. Flotation separation. The classified materials will enter into mixer to fully mix with the medical, and then entering into the flotation for the flotation separation.

4. Drying and dehydration. The fine ore must contain one certain water after experiencing the flotation separation, so they need to enter into the concentrator for the precipitation, and lastly the fine ores will be gotten after entering into the dryer for the dehydration.
