The Working Process of Powder Production Line

1. crushing. 2. Grinding. The crushed materials will be sent to Raymond mill by belt conveyor for the grinding process, and it is the core equipment of the whole production line, and the advantage of it is larger production capacity, so its output can reach the standard required by our customers.

3. Powder washing. The crushed materials will become the powder after being grounded by Raymond, and the function of the powder choosing is to reasonably screen the powder, and the qualified ones will enter into the next step while the in-qualified ones will be returned for the secondary process.

4. Collection. It is the last procedure of the whole powder production line, and those materials reaching this process will be effectively screened, and then be packed for the sale.
