The Process Flow of the Cement Plant:

After the exploitation, limestone of big block, the material of cement, is primarily crushed by the jaw crusher. The crushed one with the required fineness should be crushed further by the fine crusher. Then, it will be ground by the cement grinding equipment and the ground material will be preheated and decomposed inside the preheater. After that, it will be calcined in the rotary kiln and the clinker will be sent into the cooler to be cooled. Finally, the clinker will be sent to the final product area.
