The Handling Materials and Function of Wood Dryer:

Wood dryer can dry many kinds of materials which contain moisture, such as coal, coal slurry, slag, industrial waste, and clay stone. They are widely used in building materials, metallurgy, and chemical industry. The function of wood dryer is to dry the crushed pieces with suitable moisture.

The Components Parts of Wood Dryer:

Wood dryer is formed by rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, the dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under.

The Working Process of Wood Dryer

1. The lifting plate of rotary wood dryer which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in
order to throw moisture materials into the rotary cylinder.

2. Then water will be separated from the materials by rotary wood dryer hot air-flow and change air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere.

3. At last, the dried raw material will be discharged at the discharge port.
